China Sourcing Agents: A Buyer Shortlist and Checks for Each Role
Compare sourcing services separately from freight, inspections and company checks, with public-source links and questions for each candidate.
Choose a sourcing agent by the work your order needs, then verify the legal entity, payment beneficiary and access to factory evidence. This buyer shortlist groups publicly described services; inclusion is not a ranking, endorsement or completed audit. O2O Sourcing publishes buyer guidance and is not one of the agents listed here.
Establish the service boundary first
Write down whether you need supplier discovery, negotiation, sample coordination, inspection, export booking or all of them. Ask who contracts with the factory and whether you can see the supplier’s identity and quotation. An agency fee means little without that boundary. Our agent-fee guide covers cost models; this page covers names, roles and checks.
Sourcing and procurement services
The rows are alphabetical. They summarize what the linked public pages describe, checked on October 23, 2026. Marketing statements have not been independently audited; capacity, client totals and claimed savings are deliberately omitted.
| Name and public source | Location or service geography | Publicly described scope | Check for your order |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cosmo Sourcing | China coverage within a multi-country sourcing service; office for your project must be confirmed | Supplier search across China and other markets | Confirm the country team, contracting entity and fee scope. |
| EJET | Yiwu, China, as described on its site | Sourcing and supply-chain services | Identify the operating division and the entity on your contract. |
| Fami Sourcing | China service; office address not established from the cited overview | Sourcing, production follow-up and shipment support | Ask who owns the factory contact and production records. |
| JingSourcing | China sourcing service; confirm the office for your order | Sourcing, private label and shipping services | Separate product price from service and inspection charges. |
| Keen Sourcing | China service; confirm the responsible office | Product sourcing, supplier checks and quality services | Separate an agent check from independent laboratory testing. |
| Leeline Sourcing | China sourcing service; confirm contracting and warehouse addresses | Sourcing and e-commerce fulfilment services | Distinguish bulk procurement from dropshipping terms. |
| Meeno Group | Yiwu, China, as described on its site | General-merchandise sourcing and export support | Match the Meeno name to the registered payee; do not infer a second company from the spelling. |
| Sourcing Nova | China sourcing service; office address not established from the cited overview | Supplier search, samples, quality control and shipping | Specify inspection access, evidence ownership and remedies. |
After comparing this group, request a written scope showing deliverables, subcontracting, commissions, inspection independence and ownership of supplier records. Ask for one redacted example of the report or order record you would receive. A promise to “handle everything” should become named tasks and remedies in the agreement.
Freight and fulfilment names that need a different check
| Name and source | Current public signal | Buyer check |
|---|---|---|
| Bansar | Its current site emphasizes freight forwarding, customs clearance and warehousing in China | Do not assume supplier discovery or product inspection is included in a freight quotation. |
| SourcingBro | The cited domain redirects to ShipSmartly; continuity of legal entity and current agency scope is Not established here | Confirm the current operator, contract, warehouse and service before transferring funds or relying on an older review. |
For this group, ask who is responsible for cargo receipt, inventory differences, consolidation and damage claims. A warehouse intake photograph is not an inspection against a technical specification. Keep the purchase and freight agreements distinct where different businesses perform them.
Inspection and company-background services
These organizations are not presented as sourcing agents. Order-specific independence and suitability still need checking.
| Name and source | Public service | What to verify |
|---|---|---|
| China Checkup | Chinese company-verification reports | Legal entity searched, report date and what registries or checks the report covers; registration does not establish factory performance. |
| HQTS | Inspection, testing and supplier-audit services | Facility, product scope, sampling plan, conflicts and the laboratory or inspector assigned. |
| QIMA | Product inspections, supplier audits and laboratory-testing services | Exact booked service, acceptance criteria, report access and any test-method limitations. |
For each, ask what the deliverable can prove. A registry check, a process audit and a product test answer different questions. Combining them can improve the evidence trail, but no single report guarantees the next shipment.
Compare candidates with one enquiry
Send the same specification, quantity, destination, intended compliance requirements and timeline to each candidate. Ask for the service fee, product-price treatment, warehouse charges, inspection scope and cancellation terms in separate lines. Keep any suggested factory alternatives identifiable rather than comparing anonymous headline prices.
Before paying, reconcile the contract name with the invoice and bank beneficiary through an independently confirmed contact. Record who approves samples, authorizes substitutions and releases the shipment. If the agent will not disclose a factory, decide whether the remaining evidence and contract actually meet your risk tolerance rather than assuming a sourcing label supplies protection.
Start with an order whose failure you can manage, but retain the same specification and evidence controls for later orders. Successful delivery once is a useful record, not a permanent qualification.
